Scholarship Terms and Conditions
ELIGIBILITY
- The applicant must be a primary member in good standing at a credit union affiliated with the Tampa Bay Chapter of Credit Unions at the time of application.
- The applicant must be a 2025 high school graduate who will be enrolled in an undergraduate course of study during the 2025-2026 academic school year at an accredited 2-year or 4- year college, university, vocational or technical college in the United States.
APPLICATION:
- Completion of the Online Scholarship Application must be done by 5:00 p.m. on June 30, 2025 to be considered for the scholarship.
- All information provided with the scholarship application will remain confidential. No materials will be returned.
SELECTION:
- Completed applications will be reviewed by the Scholarship Committee.
- Finalists may be asked to meet with the Scholarship Committee for an informal interview.
- Recipients of the scholarship will be notified by July 15, 2025.
- All decisions concerning the scholarship award will be the responsibility of the Scholarship Committee, and all decisions of the Scholarship Committee are final.
- Recipients consent to photographs for use in advertising, publicity, or other business purposes.
PAYMENT:
- Scholarship checks will be paid to the recipient no later than August 1, 2025.
- Recipients of scholarship must provide the Tampa Bay Chapter of Credit Unions proof of enrollment at the intended school named on the application, such proof would be a course schedule, receipt from registrar’s office etc.
- Scholarship is a non-recurring award.
