Riverview Service Center Closing

Tampa Bay Federal Credit Union has had the great privilege of serving the Riverview community for several years. We are extremely proud of the service that we have provided during this time. After careful consideration we will be closing effective end of business day Friday, November 29, 2019.

Management is constantly reviewing its financial data to ensure the credit union operates beneficially for all our members under the cooperative financial services model. After a thorough and lengthy review of branch data, we have concluded that closing the Riverview Service Center would be in the best interest of our member-owners.

We apologize for any immediate inconvenience this may cause. Please remember there are several ways to access your account, make transfers, pay bills, or apply for a loan. The following services are available to you:

Riverview Safe Deposit Boxes

Closing the Riverview Service Center will restrict access to safe deposit boxes on file at this location. Members with safe deposit boxes at this location are asked to come in and close their box as we discontinue service at this location. We will refund the remaining prorated rent for this box.

You may visit one of our alternative safe deposit box locations seen below to open a new safe deposit box with no set up fee. If we do not hear from you within the next 30 days, your safe deposit box will be moved to our North Tampa location.
