To Our Valued Members, 

I would like to begin with my sincerest apologies for the inconvenience and hardships you may have encountered due to our system outage. I understand that you were affected in many ways, and the inability to access your funds and conduct your financial affairs is never acceptable.

At approximately 10 am Wednesday, March 28th, our main server experienced a hardware failure. Along with our vendor, we immediately focused on our only priority- getting our system back online with minimal impact to our members. At the time, our anticipated downtime was minimal. Regrettably, fixing the issue did take longer than estimated.

The system is back online and regular banking functions are operational. If you are experiencing an issue with payments, balances, or credits to your account, please contact our call center at (813) 247-4414 x7606 or visit a branch to speak with a representative that can assist you with your individual needs. We have additional staff available to address any concerns.

I would like to thank all of our members for your patience and understanding at this time. Our mission is and will continue to be “Serving your changing financial needs, with pleasure.” We understand that technology is an important part of that and we will continue to invest in technologies that improve your banking experience.

I would also like to thank the dedicated staff who stayed at the credit union for countless hours to resolve the situation and mitigate impact to our members. This was a true example of the cooperative spirit and our member focus.
