1. Click on Card Services button to the right of your credit card
2. Click on Menu in the top left corner of Card Services page
3. Click on Manage Card in the drop down
4. Choose Balance Transfer
5. Complete the Balance Transfer Form and then click on Submit at end of form. You will then repeat for each Balance Transfer request.
