If a member is under the age of 18, can they apply for a loan, Visa credit and/or Debit Card, or overdraft protection?
If a member is under 18, they CANNOT apply for a loan or a Visa credit card. If a member is 15 and older they CAN have a debit card and/or overdraft protection from their savings account. A parent/guardian over the age of 18 MUST be on the account as a joint owner.
